The Role
- Handle a variety of residential property transactions
- Have the opportunity to work on high-profile residential property matters
- Your work will include freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy plot sales and shared ownership matters
What Are We Looking For?
- Ideally a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience
- Someone with the right character and a clear plan for their own professional growth
- A commitment to contributing positively to the firm’s collaborative team culture
- An understanding of the importance of long-term growth and relationship building
- Solicitors from other areas of law looking to retrain into residential property law should get in touch
