Position: Residential Property Solicitor/CILEx Location: Plymouth The Role My client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for a full-time, permanent position in their accredited Legal 500 team. Applications from qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers are also welcomed. The role involves handling a range of residential conveyancing cases, including: 
  • Sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered property 
  • Easement and covenant grants and surrenders 
  • Remortgages 
  • Equity transfers 
  • Landlord and tenant matters
You will manage files from start to finish. The client base includes home-buyers, developers, and investors. They offer a supportive, flexible, and dynamic work environment, with opportunities to develop your own network. Career growth prospects within the firm are strong. You 
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and be able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and IT literate, organised with attention to detail and good numerical skills. 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision with a tactical approach of prioritising your workload.
