Head of Quality

£40,000 plus bonus

Monday to Friday

Are you a natural leader with a passion for quality and a background in manufacturing? Do you have extensive knowledge of measurement systems and processes? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the quality team in achieving and maintaining the highest levels of quality throughout the manufacturing process

- Oversee the development and implementation of quality control measures and processes

- Ensure that all products meet regulatory and internal quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and performance

- Utilize your knowledge of measurement systems and processes to continuously improve quality standards

- Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions to maintain and improve quality standards

- Manage day-to-day quality activities and monitor quality metrics to ensure strong performance

- Compile and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Communicate with senior management on quality performance and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Certified internal auditor, with experience conducting internal audits

- Extensive knowledge of measurement systems and processes

- Strong understanding of quality management principles and techniques

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve goals and objectives
