As a result of continued success, we are expanding our society of consultants to fulfil current and future demands from our defence portfolio, particularly one of the largest Defence frameworks within the UK which we have proudly been supporting for over 5 years.

Our consultants are deployed into largescale Programmes/Projects to bring expert knowledge to drive sustainable and long-term change and add value to each project / programme.

We are looking for a Risk Manager with the following experience:

  • Proficient in using ARM, @Risk, Predict! and Primavera Risk Analysis risk management tools
  • Conducting deep-dive risk analysis as required by the Domain Project Controls Manager including process improvement analysis by identifying opportunities and application of Lessons Learned process for future risk identification across programmes and projects
  • Identifying appropriate risk treatment and control measures required to mitigate risks, working with risk owners, managers and other key stakeholders where appropriate
  • Managing and maintain ARM in line with risk management policies and procedures, ensuring that risks are properly captured and highlighting any inconsistencies in entries
  • Creating comprehensive risk reports for decision-makers and effectively communicating necessary actions to relevant colleagues and stakeholders as required
  • Communicating and deliver risk management processes; procedures and workshops to non-specialist audiences
  • Knowledge of defence policies and procedures for risk management and associated supporting documentation

Working within a secure environment, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our society's success. You must hold current and active Security Clearance, ensuring it is up to date and has been utilised within the past 12 months to meet the urgent needs of this programme.
