We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Mentor to join our dynamic team at an Alternative Provision setting in Plymouth. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners with diverse needs and backgrounds, helping them achieve their academic potential in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.

Assist in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Support students in building emotional resilience and social skills.

Help with classroom management and behaviour strategies.

Liaise with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each student.

Encourage engagement and motivation to promote academic progress.

About You:
Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
