My client is seeking a Legal Assistant with experience, ideally in private client services, to join their dynamic team. This role involves assisting with a comprehensive range of private client work, including estate administration, will drafting, powers of attorney, tax planning, and trust matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a Partner in the department, as well as assisting other fee earners as needed.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Assist with the full spectrum of private client services including estate administration, will drafting, powers of attorney, tax planning, and trust matters.•    Manage client interactions confidently both in person, over the telephone, and through correspondence, ensuring high levels of      service and communication.•    Organise and maintain files and documentation with high attention to detail.•    Work predominantly for one Partner, while also providing support to other fee earners in the department as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within private client services, although candidates with experience in other legal areas will be considered.•    Strong ability to handle client interactions with confidence and professionalism.•    Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.•    Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
