Commercial Property Paralegal Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors with commercial property transactions

  • Draft basic legal documents and correspondence

  • Conduct property searches and due diligence

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other professionals

  • Maintain accurate file records and update case management systems

  • Support the team with legal research

  • Handle post-completion matters

  • Assist with lease reviews and property management issues

  • Prepare completion statements and other financial documents

Commercial Property Paralegal Requirements:
  • Law degree (2:1 or above preferred)

  • Genuine interest in commercial property law

  • Strong analytical and research skills
