Responsibilities as a Employment Paralegal:
- Draft employment contracts, severance agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct research on employment laws, case precedents, and regulatory compliance.
- Gather and review evidence, organise case files, and coordinate depositions or witness interviews.
- A good working knowledge of employment law
- 2+ years of experience in employment law or litigation support
- Good communication skills written and Verbal
- Hybrid working
