What will you do:

Assist senior conveyancers and fee earners with their residential conveyancing caseloads
Hop on & off files as appropriate
Have much client contact over the phone and face to face
Liaise with agents, lenders & governing bodies
Complete post exchange matters

About you. You will need:

To be an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant
At least 1-year residential conveyancing experience
A willingness to learn and progress
