Your Opportunity:

If your coming in as an inexperienced Mortgage Adviser a sales background is preferable and the CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are essential.

Leads can be provided from the existing client base, therefore proving to be high quality that will generate business and help you to grow your own client bank.

With no micromanagement you will be free to decide how and when you work, to ensure great customer service and put your client and the forefront of everything you do.

Do you have the skills to not only nurture high-quality leads from an existing client bank but also to build your own network and client bank?

You will be responsible for every step of the process from generating and taking initial enquiries, through to fact find, making recommendations on mortgage and protection and monitoring through to completion. Allowing you to flourish and really put your clients at the forefront of everything to deliver outstanding customer service.

Location:

While the firm is based in Plymouth, applicants based in the South-West from Bristol to Cornwall will be considered. Occasional visits to team meetings in Plymouth will be required.
