Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Plymouth (Commutable from: Saltash, Callington, Liskeard, Ivybridge, Tavistock)

Salary up to £65,500 DOE (inclusive of shift premium) + Bonus Scheme + Relocation Package + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits

The company are a leading, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world who not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to growth, they are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team, maintaining all site plant and equipment including Power Presses, laser cutting, punch machines, automated production lines, robots, paint plant and assembly lines.

The Role:

  • Preventative and corrective maintenance, systematic fault finding and repair of technical failures.
  • Day shift (07:00 - 19:00) or night shift (19:00 - 07:00) working continental pattern: 3 on 3 off, 2 on, 2 off
  • Benefits: A companywide monthly bonus scheme based on attendance, productivity and quality, end of year bonus, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus additional days purchasing scheme, life insurance 3 x your salary, pension contributions matched up to 5%

The Person:

  • Degree educated in relevant discipline or equivalent completed apprenticeship
  • Previous experience working in a faced paced manufacturing environment
  • Able to work on a wide range of systems including PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valve, actuators, pumps.
