Site Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience building services Supervisor to work for a leading, established FM contractor specialising in a broad range of projects & contracts.
Duties include:
- Scheduling and packaging jobs for subcontractors
- Management of planned and reactive maintenance on site
- Oversee day to day compliance and H&S on site.
- Carryout peridic checks and associated compliance
- Ensuring all works completed are in line with RAMS as appropriate
- Client liaison.
- Signing off mechanical & electrical works (must have a relevant qualification).
- Arranging trades on site for project work
Must have qualifications / certifications:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Professional qualification
- Previous building services experience
- Supervisory experience essential
