Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Production Controller to manage and oversee our production processes, You will play a critical role in coordinating and controlling the flow of work through the factory, ensuring that production targets are met and that schedules are adhered to.

As a Production Controller, you be able to demonstrate a proven track record of production processes and skilled in optimizing workflows. You will be expected to monitor production progress, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic self-starter with proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using production planning software and other relevant tools.
  • Inquisitive and curious nature with a passion to learn and understand
