The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Maintenance Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager in and around the  area.

Day to Day:

  • Day to day management of social housing planned maintenance 
  • Carrying out surveys on properties to identify works
  • Leading a team of trades completing works
  • Checking and signing off works
  • Good sound building knowledge essential

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Suitable construction, building related qualification e.g. NVQ
  • Previous experience of domestic property maintenance
  • Experience of people management
  • General building knowledge essential
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have full UK Driving Licence
