TQR are seeking an experiencedSite Managerwith a shopfitting background to join one of our clientsgrowing teams. This is a hands on leadership role for someone with solid experience in shopfitting and a passion for delivering outstanding fit outs on time and on budget.
As Site Manager, youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, working mostly in a team of 4 people ensuring shop fitouts are completed under schedule, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
What Youll Need:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site management
- Strong background in joinery/shopfitting/Carpentry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven track record of delivering fast-paced fit-outs
- SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations and daily activities
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
- Monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
- Report to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
