Are you a Site Manager looking for a new challenge, within one of the South West's leading family-run construction contractors, that offers the chance to work on large Defence contracts, attend external training and provides you with a company van?

On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding company who work on contracts within the Education, Defence and Healthcare sectors . They have 39 years of operations under their belt and are looking to grow due to ongoing growth.
In this role you will be working on various refurbishment contracts around Plymouth and the surrounding areas. These can be within university, healthcare and commercial properties. You will be planning projects, ensuring HSE standards are met, managing the overall project and liaising with clients.
This role would suit a Site manager with experience on refurbishment projects and an SMSTS looking to work in a growing company which will offer you extensive training qualifications, the opportunity to work on commercial projects and a stable and secure role.
The Role:
* Site based at 1 site until project completion. Then moving to another site accordingly
* Liaising with clients and ensuring the Project is moving forward as planned
* Upholding HSE standards
* Working on Projects around Plymouth
* 7:30-16:00 Monday - Friday
