In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across various sites in the SW.Your duties will include:• Performing preventative maintenance and responding to reactive maintenance requests• Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is accurate and up to date• Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment, such as fans, pumps, and compressors• Identifying non-repairable faults and promptly reporting findings to the HVAC Supervisor• Conducting surveys and completing reports as neededThe ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified commercial gas or heating engineer with experience working across multiple locations. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Commercial and Industrial Gas or Building Services/Heat & Ventilation, as well as a City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category certification.
