Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to the team of direct reports and supporting the management team in the Southwest.
- Working against the guidelines of your client's contract.
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of compliance and contractual requirements.
- Ensuring day to day operational commitments are met.
- Supervising a team of engineers across sites over Southeast England.
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Managing and build client relationships, carry out audits and create detailed reports.
To be successful for this Maintenance Supervisor role you must have:
- The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
- 18th edition certification and has previous supervisory experience (desirable).
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
