Production Technician (Nights)
Location: Plymouth
Salary: 28,000 + 48% Shift Premium = 41,736
Shift Pattern: 3 nights on, 3 nights off (11 pm - 11 am)

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Your main duties will include:
- Operating production machinery and assisting with product assembly and pallet release
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults
- Setting up manufacturing equipment in line with production and quality requirements
- Monitoring in-process quality and addressing issues to minimise disruption
- Reducing downtime while maintaining cost-effective repairs and spare part usage
About You
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional with:
- A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship
- Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment
- Strong maintenance and fault-finding expertise
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement in a healthcare manufacturing setting
