The Role
As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and maintaining the highest standards in quality and safety. You'll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults to keep production running smoothly.
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing machinery.
- Operating production machinery, performing quality checks, and maintaining adherence to Quality Control standards.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Supporting new equipment installation, validation, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship.
- Experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in fault finding and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail.
- Safety-conscious, methodical, and self-motivated.
- Team player with a passion for improving healthcare systems and processes.
