Days 11am - 11pm

Introduction:
The Production Technician is responsible for technical and processing activities, including operating machinery, equipment maintenance, and fault-finding tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling products, and pallet release duties.
  • Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
  • Setting up manufacturing equipment to produce products meeting required standards.
  • Monitoring in-process quality, resolving issues to prevent product holds.
  • Minimising downtime while staying within planned repair and spare part costs.

About You:

  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or completion of a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in maintenance and fault-finding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for healthcare.
