What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone with experience in operational management, ideally in an engineering or precision manufacturing environment. The right person will value quiet focus, clear communication, and steady progress.

Essential Criteria:

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques, such as 5S or Six Sigma.
A proven ability to lead teams effectively and improve processes over time.
An analytical approach to identifying and solving problems.
A calm and clear communicator who works well with people at all levels.
Flexibility to occasionally travel within the UK and internationally.

Desirable Attributes:

HNC, degree, or similar qualification in Engineering or a related field.
Management training, such as ILM Level 5.
Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, or AS9100).
Experience with ERP systems, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
