We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients dynamic team! This role is pivotal in supporting both operational and strategic HR functions, ensuring effective management and compliance across the board. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in human resources management, capable of multitasking and driving HR initiatives. This role requires someone who is fluent in French and happy to travel to France a couple of times a month!

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from directors, managers, and employees within your scope.
  • Advise and support directors and managers in their managerial roles, ensuring alignment with our core managerial values.
  • Coordinate with the HR administration department on payroll, employee records management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary procedures, litigious situations, and workplace health regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from defining needs to organising interviews and managing integration of new hires.
  • Contribute to the training needs analysis and the preparation of the annual training plan.
  • Ensure the effective organisation of annual performance reviews and professional interviews.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and projects as per the directives of the Group HR Department.
  • Monitor legal compliance with English law concerning HR practices, ensuring internal consistency.
  • Manage and develop the HR team, promoting a positive and performance-driven culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a generalist HR management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in labour law.
  • Proficiency in HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training, and skills development.
  • Strong leadership, proposal-making, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate and listen effectively.
