Due to a number of major project wins we are looking for a Public Health & Fire Protection Engineer to join the team at a globally recognised leader in architecture and design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will be tasked with preparing, developing, and reviewing calculations, analysis, schematics, drawings, diagrams, models, specifications, and other documents related to the design of public health and sprinkler systems.
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will be assisting in coordinating the internal design team and taking responsibility for specific areas of design and project development where required.
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will liaise with external design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will have practical experience working in a Consultancy environment undertaking water services design on large-scale construction projects.
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will have experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on projects.
- Experienced in design tools such as Hass, Fire Elite, Epanet, Hap, AutoCAD, Revit.
- The Public Health and Fire Protection Engineer will ideally be a member of a recognised industry body such as SoPHE, CIBSE or the FPA and have the ambition to become a Chartered Engineer.
