This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, based in derriford, Plymouth. Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm Salary to be discussed upon application.What You’ll Be Doing:This role is at the heart of operations, helping to keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:? Coordinating travel bookings for staff.? Supporting retail operations, from PPE and training to health & safety reporting.? Managing staff discount card administration and operational support tasks.? Providing first-line support for retail stores, answering queries and directing them to the right teams.? Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.? Maintaining accurate records, processing data, and managing in-house systems.What We’re Looking For:? Experience in retail administration or a similar support role is an advantage.? Strong attention to detail – accuracy is key!? Excellent organisational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.? Confident communicator – able to build strong relationships with teams across the business.?
