- Effectively process scheduled and reactive works from initial raising of jobs through to completion and invoicing in a timely manner.
- Accurate inputting of information into Concerto CAFM system.
- Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, client and suppliers / contractors.
- Liaise with directly employed engineers and sub-contractors.
- Assist in the collation of monthly reports.
- General administrative tasks as required.
- Attend meetings as requested
- Carry out other duties as and when required by Line Manager.
- Technical Skills / Knowledge
- Minimum GCSE’s grade C or above in Maths & English.
- IT experienced.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service. Enabling our customers to excel

- Excellent IT competency Microsoft Office including Excel
