- Data Collection and Entry across the department
- Operational Support for stores and head office departments
- Providing 1st line support for store retail queriesÂ
- Assisting with employee travel requirements
- Creating and administrating users on in-house systems
- Creation and administration of staff discount cards
- Creation and administration of training documents
- Recording Health & Safety reports
- Creating and communicating various reports
- Assisting with HR enquires from Head Office and store staff
- Assisting with recruitment for new store openings.
- A background and/or detailed understanding of retail administration is advantageous
- If you have an understanding/interest in Recruitment/HR this would be advantageousÂ
- Can work to deadlines and to manage competing demands from various stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
