This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, handling multiple client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis while contributing to our continued success.
About the RoleAs a Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services to a range of clients, managing your tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
You will liaise with clients and HMRC, ensuring all payroll duties are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Process multiple client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage transactions and ensure accurate data transfer to clients.
- Liaise with HMRC and clients to resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage tight deadlines.
- Review payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience Required
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with payroll software such as Brightpay, Xero, or Sage 50 Payroll (preferred but not essential - training provided).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Practical Experience:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
