About the RoleAs a Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll services to a range of clients, managing your tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

You will liaise with clients and HMRC, ensuring all payroll duties are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process multiple client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage transactions and ensure accurate data transfer to clients.
  • Liaise with HMRC and clients to resolve queries promptly.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage tight deadlines.
  • Review payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with payroll software such as Brightpay, Xero, or Sage 50 Payroll (preferred but not essential - training provided).
    • Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Practical Experience:
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
