My client is looking for a Payroll Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional payroll services. Day-to-day of the role:- Work within a small team to manage and deliver multiple weekly and monthly payrolls for various clients.
- Ensure accurate data transfer and transaction handling for multiple client payroll duties.
- Manage allocated tasks efficiently to meet client deadlines, ensure work is reviewed, and compliance with all deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and HMRC to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Experience with payroll software such as Brightpay, Xero, or Sage 50 Payroll is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent personal time management skills to consistently meet tight client deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and demonstrate good time management.
