We are looking for a locum Pharmacy Technician at our client's site in Plymouth!

Monday - Friday

Shift times: 9AM - 5PM

(30 minutes unpaid break)

Duties include:

Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare, label and dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Service: Assist patients by answering basic medication-related queries, providing advice on non-prescription drugs and handling transactions.

Prescription Processing: Receive, validate, and process prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal & regulatory guidelines.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves and order medications to ensure the pharmacy is well-supplied.

Compliance & Safety: Follow pharmacy protocols, health regulations and data protection laws to ensure safe and legal dispensing.

Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, healthcare professionals and team members to provide efficient pharmacy services.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, prescription logs and sales transactions for auditing and compliance.
