Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a high growth national retailer in the search for a Project Manager.
This role is key in driving multiple projects that support our growth. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with maximum value. You'll need the initiative to work independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Kick-Off: Define project requirements, schedule timelines, and establish communication processes for updates.
- Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, facilitating updates, resolving issues, and implementing changes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate project documentation, attend meetings, track action points, and respond to stakeholder queries.
- Leadership: Be the primary contact for your projects, ensuring effective communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Agile methodology.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in customer-focused environments and leading across various stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can solve problems, drive progress, and remove obstacles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
- Ability to travel to operational sites as needed.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in retail or operational networks (physical stores and online).
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and project management software.
