Project Resource Analyst

Requirements of the role:
- Leverage data analytics to support the successful introduction of new products.
- Develop frameworks to improve NPI efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enhance quality.
- Build tools for resource and capacity planning to enable proactive project management.
- Create reports and dashboards to track progress, highlight opportunities, and present insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and integration of project management tools and systems.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development to strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities.
What Skills and Qualifications needed:
- A degree or master's in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a data/resource analyst role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for manufacturing.
- Proficiency (or working knowledge) in tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and SAP.
- Comfortable working with complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a continuous improvement mind-set.
