This rewarding role involves providing 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges. Here are the details:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Specialist) Location: Plymouth City Central Area Start Date: November Salary: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

Provide 1-2-1 support to students with diverse needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioural challenges.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Collaborate with the staffing team within the school to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

Experience working with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs.

Compassionate and patient character.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Driving license preferred but not required if you have adequate travel arrangements. Driving will allow you to access more opportunities
