Project Manager (Manufacturing / Engineering)

Plymouth – Hybrid role

Up to £50,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Assurance 3x Annual Salary + Pension 5% Matched + Company bonus based on attendance, productivity, and quality + Company discount scheme and Westfield health.

Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week (Flexible working, core hours to be covered). Core Hours: 9am – 3pm Mon-Thurs and 9am – 2pm on Friday.

The Project Manager Role:

  • Leading and managing projects within the IT infrastructure (Hardware) sector.
  • Managing and leading Engineering projects with main customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring products are launched on time, and to the correct design and quality standard.
  • Process development for existing project management processes.
  • Managing the project costs against budget.

The Successful Project Manager:

  •          A proven track record of project management within an Engineering environment.
  •          Engineering and Manufacturing processes knowledge/understanding.
  •          Leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills. Confident in leading meetings and team events internally and with customers.
  •          Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
