Involve Recruitment are in search ofa dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for an experienced project manager from a cladding and build background. Applicants must have 5 years Project Management and Cladding experience. The project is due to begin January 2025.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular reports on project performance to senior management.
