You will manage costs, performance indicators, review risk assessments, and ensure that all work aligns with statutory obligations. You will cover seven sites across the Plymouth region, projects including refurbishments to medical centres, training facilities, accommodation, and more.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in supervising staff in a cradle-to-grave project environment - managing stakeholders, controlling costs, and overseeing safe systems of work. Your expertise in planning, directing, and controlling activities will ensure proactive performance management and effective problem-solving.
