Engineering Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the on-time delivery of new products by actively managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Engineering Project Manager

Requirements:

Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools.

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and NPI processes.

Ability to lead projects from initiation to delivery, working with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in leading meetings.

Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal teams.

CAD software proficiency, preferably SolidWorks.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts) to track progress.

Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred) or relevant project management qualification.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering best practices is a plus.
