Are you a Project Manager or similar with experience running Commercial refurbishment projects, looking for a stable role within one of the South West's leading family-run construction contractors, that offers the chance to work on large contracts, attend external training and provides you with a company van?
Are you looking to work for a business that will offer you extensive training qualifications (NVQ level 6/7 + any required tickets) and progress your career?
On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding company who work on contracts within the Education, Defence and Healthcare sectors . They have 39 years of operations under their belt and are looking to grow due to ongoing growth.
In this role you will be working on multiple projects at once within Plymouth and the surrounding areas. These projects will be larger flagship projects for the company. You will conduct planning, pre-construction activities and site set up. You will have overall responsibility for managing clients throughout the project and ensuring projects are handed over within scope and budget.
This role would suit a Project Manager with experience overseeing complex projects looking to work in a growing company which will offer you extensive training qualifications, the opportunity to work on commercial projects in a stable and secure role.
The company have an ongoing relationships with the University, Dockyard, MOD and local councils meaning stable work and ongoing growth.
The Role:
* Overseeing multiple projects around Plymouth
* Having overarching responsibility for refurbishment projects throughout the entire lifecycle
* 7:30-16:00 Monday - Friday
The Person:
* Contract / Project Manager
* Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
* Commutable to Plymouth.
