You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal and external project managers/estimators team.
- Develop project delivery processes and pricing procedures to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to engage with trades, attend client meetings, and survey buildings for planning.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotations detailing materials, parts, and labour.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, ensuring professionalism and support.
- Offer hands-on project support while managing plans and costs.
- Collaborate with the interiors design and sales teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Proven leadership skills and a strong drive for success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
