- Reviewing signed Actions for each work package within the project
- Organising and communicating with the projects site team any Actions, Document Reviews, and any Interventions.
- Keeping thorough records and audit trail of all those persons involved in sign off and approval.
- Ensuring sub-contractors provide all required documentation in advance of delivery to site for materials and for ongoing provision and sign off as work progresses through to completion.Â
- Monitoring work package progress to ensure the whole team is aware of forthcoming quality issues in relation to moving on to next stage.
