£60,000 - £70,000 (OTE: £77,000) + Car Allowance + Progression to Commercial Director + Profit Bonus Circa £3,600 + 31 days holiday

Office and Home based, commutable from Plymouth, Plympton, Ivybridge, Modbury, Saltash, Yelverton, Liskeard and surrounding areas

The Role:
*Overseeing a small team of an Estimator and Project Manager
*Working on varying sized projects within the M&E Commercial sector cross the South West
*Exciting Progression to Commercial Director

The Person:
*Previous background within Project Management, Estimating or Quantity Surveying
*Holds a UK Drivers License
