The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
Reporting into the Directors, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on a large housing schemes that covers London, Greater London, and Surrey.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will immerse yourself in a variety of high-profile residential projects, playing a crucial role in both project delivery and the growth of the team. The Project Quantity Surveyor
MRICS ideally or working towards
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
3+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
Chartered Surveying / Consultancy background
Pre and post contract experience
Good communication skills
Driving licence (MUST)
