- Proven experience working with a main contractor
- Experience on design and build projects
- Demonstrable experience managing multimillion pound projects
- Independently managing high-value projects
- Procuring subcontractors and managing subcontractor relationships
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Overseeing cash flow management for your allocated projects
- Attending site meetings and conducting site visits
- Managing CVRs and providing monthly cost control and reporting
- Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification in construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project
- Relevant driving licence
