What you will be doing
Ensure activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication throughout the company.
Report on activities and provide management information.
Assist Procurement in ensuring fair billing for engineering works.
Manage project costs for value.
Support the business with project documentation, including ITT and cost estimates.
Issue tenders per procurement policies.
Collaborate with Procurement on suitable contracts for timely delivery.
Monitor contractor services and payment applications.
Ensure contractor compliance with contracts.
Maintain and renegotiate rate schedules.
Review and approve Bills of Quantities.
Monitor service delivery costs.
Oversee payment verification and approvals.
Identify and respond to risks.
Support Project Engineers in contract management.
Prepare estimates, evaluate costs, and analyse financial bids.
Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all activities.
What you will need
NEC3 & NEC4 Experience.
Experience of producing and working with Risk Registers.
Must be knowledgeable in Cost Estimates and Contracts.
Degree qualified.
