Sphere Solutions are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience within Construction/Refurbishment to join their Plymouth based client. You will be required to control all financial and technical aspect of contracts.
Your key responsibilities will be;
- Valuations
- Monthly reporting
- CVRs
- Measurement, Pricing and Evaluation of tenders
- Cost management
Knowledge / Experience required
- Professional Qualification or working towards (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent
- Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts etc.
- Experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors
- Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting
- Experienced with direct and subcontract labour
