About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RICS-qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth. This role focuses on client-side responsibilities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost planning and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Manage costs on a wide variety of building projects, ensuring value for money while achieving required standards and quality.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and manage contractual issues.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
- Regularly report on project finances and progress.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in a client-side Quantity Surveyor role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
