An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property consultancy is seeking an ambitious, career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Plymouth office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The newly appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Building Top 150 Consultancy, widely recognised across the industry, with 9 offices across the South of England.

Working across a broad variety of sectors in the region including Commercial, Retail, Education & Higher Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Leisure, Industrial, Private Residential, and Public. The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of interesting projects to work on.

Reporting to the Associate QS and Director, this position entails managing significant local commissions autonomously, supervising projects along the South Coast of England, and providing guidance to junior team members.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • Property / Real Estate sector background
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • Valid Driving License
