We're looking for aSenior Quantity Surveyorto join a top tier contractor, based on a 10 year refurbishment contract in Plymouth.
Your day to day will include:
- Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts.
- Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area, together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
- Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
- Physical measurement of works and agreement of same with client and subcontractors
- Agreement of certification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring of such accounts against forecasts. Ensure cash flow is maximised including ensuring payments are received on time.
Who are we looking for?
- Must be educated to degree level
- Must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a large contractor
- Must have confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Must holda Full UK Drivers Licence
- Must be able gain Security Clearance
