A forward-thinking, sustainability-focused Construction and Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their growing Plymouth office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long-established consultancy with over 50 years of industry success and five offices located across the UK.

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of private sector projects, including student accommodation, residential, and private developments. The team is also expanding into new sectors such as education (schools, colleges, and higher education), hotels, blue light, and defence - offering a truly varied and dynamic project portfolio.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become the third QS within the Plymouth team, working closely with a Chartered Senior and an Associate. The consultancy's flat structure ensures exceptional exposure, direct collaboration with senior leadership, and genuine opportunities for career progression. The role also offers significant flexibility and autonomy in day-to-day working.

This position would suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step to Senior Quantity Surveyor level, or someone actively pursuing APC with the support of two Chartered professionals boasting over 25 years of combined industry experience. This could be the ideal environment to gain MRICS status with dedicated guidance and mentoring.
