NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Previous logistics / warehouse / stores / forklift experience would be desired but is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
SALARY: £15.53 per hour + Benefits
LOCATION: Plymouth, Devon, South West England (PL7)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Back Shift, 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 15:00 - 00:30

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warehouse Operative / Logistics Operatorwith good attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
Working as the Warehouse Operative / Logistics Operator you will support the logistics activity by receiving, handling, storing and delivering goods within the organisation whilst ensuring stock accuracy.
As the Warehouse Operative / Logistics Operator you will work well as part of a team, picking items, loading and unloading deliveries, and inspecting received goods for damage.

DUTIES
Your duties as Warehouse Operative / Logistics Operator willinclude:
- Efficiently receive incoming goods, ensuring they are accurately stored in the correct areas
- Inspect goods for any damage or missing items, ensuring quality control standards are met
- Verify and ensure quality labels are correctly applied to products
- Accurately pick items using track-and-trace systems, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
- Safely load and unload lorries, maintaining organised workflows
- Prioritize and fast-track Product Deliveries (PDs) and Quality Inspections (QIs) to the relevant areas using the correct tracking systems
- Manage shop floor returns, ensuring all items are processed in a timely manner
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous logistics / warehouse / stores experience would be desired but is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Forklift / FLT experience is desirable, but not essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative
- Good attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
